Just return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving your merchandise. There is a restocking fee of 15% if the merchandise is returned between 15th & 30th day. We only ask that all items be returned in their original condition and without any alterations by third parties. Any items not meeting this criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
Returning your item(s) is very easy:
(1) Call our Customer Service Department at 212-768-2650, let us know which item(s) you are returning & you will be given an RMA number.
(2) Along with your invoice, pack up the item(s) you are returning and send it to us. For your protection, use an insured courier (UPS, FedEx or USPS) to protect you if your shipment is lost in transit.
Once we have received and confirmed your return, we will issue a refund. If you have paid by credit card, we will issue the refund on the same card. Otherwise, your money will be refunded. You will be refunded the full purchase price of the item(s) being returned, excluding any shipping charges. Custom made items or special order items can not be returned.
